Through Ben's 10+ year career he has successfully managed complex civil construction projects while keeping his team safe. Ben is a well respected civil engineer in the industry and has a reputation for constructing projects safely, on time and under budget while building a meaningful and positive relationship with stakeholders. As Operations Manager, Ben oversees all construction operations including HSE, quality, project management and HR.
